If you would like to place flowers on the altar to remember a loved one or honor a special event, please provide the EXACT date for flowers to be displayed and complete the form below.   Please submit your request at least one week in advance.

Altar flowers are $30.00.  You can pay for the flowers by depositing cash or check in the offering plate, or by giving through our online portal below (under the "Fund" dropdown, select "Altar Flowers".  

(Note:  Altar flowers are given to homebound persons (if possible) if flower arrangements are not taken by the donors directly after the worship service.
